WACKER® PASTE P 12 is a pure white, soft silicone paste with outstanding thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. Designed for use in semiconductor technology, it significantly reduces thermal resistance between semiconductor housings and heat sinks.

Processing

WACKER® PASTE P 12 can be applied using a brush, spatula, or by screen printing. Best results are achieved when a uniform, thin layer is applied to the contact surfaces. Excess paste squeezed out during assembly should be removed.
